Who we are

This policy covers koltren.com.br, the website of Koltren ai, a data mapping, AI architecture and AI implementation consultancy. Koltren is the controller of the personal data processed here under the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

What we collect

Only what you send through the "Book a call" form and the technical minimum for the request to arrive:

• Name, WhatsApp number and email, provided by you.
• Technical submission data: IP address, browser identification (user agent), referring page and campaign parameters present in the URL (utm_*, fbclid, gclid).
• A random submission identifier (event_id), used to avoid recording the same request twice.

What we use it for

Commercial purpose: contacting you via WhatsApp and email to schedule the call you requested and, if there is interest, presenting Koltren’s services. Campaign parameters tell us where the request came from and measure ad effectiveness.

Who we share it with

Data may be shared with:

• Koltren’s internal system, where contact requests are managed, and an internal Telegram alert to the sales team.
• Ad platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads), only in hashed form (SHA-256 of email and phone), to measure campaigns and avoid repeated ads. The platform never receives the data in clear text.
• Cloudflare, the website infrastructure provider, which processes data on our behalf to serve pages and receive the form.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the form (LGPD art. 7, I), and on Koltren’s legitimate interest in answering the contact you requested and measuring its campaigns (art. 7, IX). You may withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you ask for deletion. Technical submission records are kept for up to 12 months for security and audit.

Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may request, at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
• Information about whom we share your data with.
• Withdrawal of consent.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no tracking cookies or browser pixels. The only information stored on your device is your language preference (localStorage). If Koltren enables audience measurement, it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify people.
